Comfort Inn Plainfield - Indianapolis Airport

My family and I stayed a week. It was 4 females mainly over 50, mom in walker. The staff were nice and very professional. They were helpful, clean, inside pool. It has guest laundry plus continental breakfast. It has within walking distance a Macdonald that's 24 hours, a speedway gas station. Crackle barrel, Harley shop, a restaurant to drink and here music on weekends. They have about 8 surrounding hotels and right next to the interstate. You're close enough to target and other shopping centers about 15 minutes away. Housekeeper gave items requested and never left us without. My mother is cold and I'm hot so even tho extra blankets were brought we needed another. The front desk was so kind to give me one for her. I made sure it was returned. This place has working contracts so they have these type of people also staying. Very safe feel. The do have people hanging out that may not be up to any good but never bothered anyone, that I seen.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The service is terrific! Customer service is outstanding! Very friendly. They acknowledge you once you walk into the place. I checked in on Sunday February 18, around 3:30p The guy at the desk was very friendly and he seems to be very genuine. The rooms are very clean and neat, put together.breakfast is always great here. Location is great. Nearby grocery stores and fast food places. The nightly prices are very reasonable. I travel a lot for work and they always accommodate my needs and go over and beyond. I couldn’t ask for anything better <3

Went here for a trip on April 3rd and I have to say it was great! The pool was a little small but I get it. The room was clean! It even had a couch!? I love choice hotels! Would come again.

Amazing!! The rooms are very nice and clean. The agents are very welcoming We were assisted with luggage. Huge king size bed and extremely comfortable. I will definitely come here again!!

We used this hotel during Christmas Break for our grandkids to go swimming during the day. Wish the pool had been warmer so we could have stayed longer. The hotel is clean and well kept. Reservation and Front desk staff very accommodating.

Traveling from OK to PA to see family and hauling a motorcycle on a trailer. I called the hotel and they had plenty of rooms and holds to just come in. A few minutes later the person I spoke with called me back to tell me they.blocked a room for us. I made sure there was a place to park our truck and toilet, but when we got there 2 semis were parked and taking a good portion of the parking area, leaving us no place to park. i asked at the front desk if we could park under the covered area. They were very accommodating and allowed us to park there for the night. Would recommend this Comfort Inn and will stay there again. The rooms were clean and staff very kind.

My company stays at a lot of Choice Hotels around the midwest, and we stay here very frequently, at least two drivers a week. This is one of my favorite places to stay because I know that when I'm staying here my room will be clean and comfortable, the staff will be friendly and helpful, and the breakfast will be of good variety and fresh! The lady who does the evening check-in is always super quick, friendly, and professional. The rooms are always immaculate, and they are spacious and cozy. Contrary to other reviews, there is ample room in the parking lot for even a 26' truck (I think the other reviewer may have a skill issue). I have never had an issue parking here, even when I arrive later at night.
